We understand that sometimes a change of mind can happen. That's why we offer a 10-day return policy starting from the delivery date of your order, giving you ample time to send it back to us for an exchange with another item of equal value.

Returns:

• Eligibility: Any claims regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be made within 10 days of receiving the product(s). The product(s) must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags, etc.) and unworn. 
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at infonitaspearls@gmail.com within the return window. We'll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
• Important Reminders: Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges:

• Options: We gladly offer exchanges for a different size, style, or piece of comparable value.
• Process: Similar to returns, please contact us at infonitaspearls@gmail.com within maximum 10 days of receipt to initiate an exchange. We'll guide you through the process and ensure a smooth exchange.
• Additional Costs: If the exchanged item has a higher value, you'll be responsible for covering the difference.
